Reading-centered model is the new method of modern language teaching. This model explains the content of teaching students to understand and promote digestion and absorption of the basic functions and features. It should be said that this mode of teaching has great advantages on the knowledge teaching, but, for language teaching, especially on the lower language teaching, it is very inappropriate. Reading this is the teaching model stresses caused by people like the language class the most criticism, and the longest duration of effect of learning the worst consequences. Against this, the authors put forward a bold vision: the reading-based teaching model.Reading aloud activity, has its ancient history, since ancient times, the literary master expressed through successive dynasties all the way through the nurturing and tempering. Reading for language teaching has a special teaching effect and significance, especially in the study of the low. Now, in our language in the classroom, the importance of reading out has not received the attention they deserved, and the role has not been fully exploited. This is because the dominant mode of teaching still stresses reading. Reading is only treated as a complement, rather than as the lead, which can't solve the problem fundamentally. As a supplementary means in the teaching of reading, reading out the proper role is difficult to play out.My view is: the allowance of the appearance of reading of this traditional heavy accumulation, heavy overall perception about teaching methods in the classroom at this stage reproducibility language is necessary, especially for the low nine-year students' study. It's necessary and feasible for us to promote the reading skills of the students, to develop the accomplishment of the Chinese students when quality education is in flourish today. Reading as a nine-year compulsory education in the teaching of Chinese Language Teaching in the dominant mode of instruction, it has been the reasonableness of education in ancient China and Mongolia proved by the various experiences. How to read the language of teaching in the classroom today in the playback attested to play its biggest effect, is our fervent concern as a language teacher. So this study will be the first to read out the concept, content, and education in ancient Mongolia to the important value in order, then, from the children's psychological and physiological development law, mother-tongue learning characteristics and constructivist learning theory perspective analysis for the implementation of teaching reading-based provide a theoretical model the basis.This study is another important element in teaching on the basis of practice to collate, summarize and summarize reading in Chinese teaching role. That can be read by a good sense of the phrase; It can deepen the understanding of the text. Students' listening, speaking, reading and writing skills can be improved. Students can mold the character and develop the self-confidence of individual students.For this paper, the theory and practice of the above, under the guidance of students with low school of the psychological and physical characteristics as well as language teaching practice, the teaching of reading-based model and strategy to explore some of the summary, mainly in the teaching process of the type and number of possible aspects of the design. I hope the above elements can enlighten the teachers in this field study.
