The 21st century, the mainland is experiencing a large-scale and far-reaching impact of Chinese language curriculum reform. Curriculum reform achieved gratifying results ,in the same time, Chinese language curriculum reform has also encountered a series problems that can not be avoided, for example: Chinese language curriculum do not has its exact content. The Taiwan and Mainland are only separated by the Strait and Taiwan Province has done the Chinese language curriculum reform from 15 years ago. How did the Taiwan's language curriculum reform ? Taiwan Province also encounters the problems that China mainland is facing ? They how to resolve them? Comparing the similarities and differences between the Taiwan and Mainland's language curriculum reform, what will bring us ? This is not only our curious, but also the question we must resolve.The stones from other mountains can be made into jade. Furthermore, this is the spirit of the brothers. We believe that studying Taiwan's Chinese language curriculum reform is a way to improve New Chinese language course.Chinese language is the language of the cross-strait. In this paper, using analysis and synthesis, and the interpretation of these two groups into the basic logical thinking, using a variety of research tools on the Taiwan language courses for the new System, we want to reveal the general situation of Taiwan's language curriculum reform. The most important part is that we talk about a series of important language courses problems in Chinese mainland. Taiwan language education and the development process outlined in the new century Language Curriculum: This chapter introduce some stages of the development of Taiwan's language curriculum from the macroscopic. We want to reveal the influence to the new century language curriculum reform in Taiwan. Then, we discuss the background, process, effectiveness,inadequate and Status of Taiwan's language curriculum reform. They can give facts and background materials for next chapter.The second chapter. The analysis of objective and concept of the new Taiwan language curriculum: This chapter is divided into two parts. At the one part we talk about the essence of course, characteristics and basic philosophy. At the other part we study goals and targets of Taiwan's language curriculum. This chapter focus on comparative analysis of relevant content between Taiwan and Mainland. Not stay at the level briefly.The third chapter. The analysis of content of courses, teaching materials and related issues of Taiwan's language curriculum: Firstly, we discuss the issue of the missing of language courses content from a theoretical level. Secondly, Specific analysis of the Taiwan language courses and some other goals contained in the language courses.We compare the chinese language textbooks from Taiwan and Mainland at this chapter. The problem of dialect and complex characters also be talked.The fourth chapter.
