On this basis, the author mainly studied the design of content system of modern educational technology experiment course and web sites and virtual teaching experiment design and development on modern educational technology experiments.In the process of the design of experiment course system, the author first analysis education technology practical ability that normal school students must master, and then carry out a needs analysis on modern educational technology experiment course, and then established establish modern educational technology experiment curriculum goal, and then, developed course content system in accordance with the final goal.Virtual experiment module is very important for the website building. Virtual experiments allow students to simulate the "real" experiment by mouse operation with the purpose of training student manipulative ability and raising their educational technology skills. It also can alleviate contradictions between teaching equipment and teaching requirement. To build virtual experiment, the three-dimession module must be built firstly, then the 3D module file format was convert to VRML format, the interaction between modules and users were completed. After installing a plug-in, virtual experiment could run on the teaching website smoothly. Students can choose tine and place to experiment in the virtual scene. The three-dimensional virtual experiments are realistic, they can operate the experimental apparatus in the virtual scene directly, thus, their experimental skills mill be improved effectively.Following the needs of the students closely, modern education technology experimental curriculum development work integrated with teaching experience has been recognized by experts and scholars. Teaching website especially its virtual experiment used frequently in the teaching process acquired higher evaluation of teachers and students. But, it is after all the accessorial teaching means which can't completely replace a true experiment. To achieve more ideal effect teaching effect, virtual experiments and the real experiment must complement each other and integrated organically.The research is an exploration and an attempt of applying information technology to modern educational technology experiment teaching, on the hope that it can provide help to the modern educational technology experimental instruction.
