No matter whole world educational development trend, or quality-oriented education that China is pursue in an all-round ways, It is emphasized more and more to pay attention to student's subject status in the whole educational course, to respect students' individual difference, to safeguard students' individual character dignity, to develop students' individual characters. For a long time, our country' education especially the basic education is influenced by "exam-oriented education ", to fetch people with the mark. It is serious to unify education, deny student's individual character and individual character to develop. This kind of state has not suited with the requisition for innovative talent of our times, requisition for education. There are its unique advantages in training student's individual character in Chinese discipline. According to the status that exist to ignore students' individual character train in Chinese teaching at present, This thesis analyses its reason, describes the theoretical foundation of teaching and implementation tactics in individually read teaching.The first part answers why we should advocate read teaching in individualization. It is an important task of Chinese teaching to train student's individual character, The traditional read teaching have ignored students' different individual character, ignored to train individual character, so that the reading teaching enters into machinery, close strange circle. Individualization read teaching already refers to students' individualized studying and pointing teacher's individualized teaching too. It can improve teaching efficiency; develop student's individual character.The second part probes into the theory background of the individualized read teaching.
