Personal Risk Of Investment In Education Research

Since T.W.Schultz and Gary.S. Becker have founded human capital theory,the theory developed very quickly.However,when it comes to the question of the risk of human capital investment,there is no comprehensive research.Particularly,we rarely see systemic research regarding to educaton investment risk.Therefore,through studying this issue,we can not only deepen our understanding of human capital investment and its theory,but also enlarge the research scope of human capital investment theory and make it conform to the practice of human capital investment.With the fast development of economy and the greet change of society, our higher education has entered the era of popularization. Meanwhile, the situation of graduates obtaining employment has changed a lot. The rapid increment of graduates has induced to the contradictory of supply and demand in the labor market, so it is becoming more and more difficult for the graduates to obtain job. The essential issue is the equilibrium between the development of our country's economy and the human resources, the employment of graduates influences every student and every home, it becomes one of social focuses which effects the stabilization of our country and society. Therefore, we should inquiry into the employment system, analyze the present situation,problems and the causes of its formation, then put forward some feasible solution, it has important realistic meanings.The article,beginning from point of view of education investment,has researched on the reasons of the risk of education investment, put forward a more perfect system to eliminate the investment riskon former foundation,in order to give enlightenment on practice of education investmentThe paper includes four parts:The first part is the review of human capital investment risk theory. This partreviewed domestic and foreign research situation on human capital investment riskand has carried on comment on the related literature. The second part is the analysis about education investment. In this part, it introduced the concept, characteristics, meaning, characteristics, investment forms and the content.The third part is the analysis about the condtions of the risk of education investment.The fourth part is the key point of this article, in which it elaborated how to create the system to evade the risk.
