| At present, many universities begin to research the innovation and development of Higher education. However, there are few researches on Tianjin higher education. Through analyzing the current situation of Tianjin higher education, this thesis makes use of relative theories; put forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Tianjin higher education.Character one introduces the content of Higher education, the relationship between high education and economic development, the theory of Sustainable Development and SWOT. It draws a conclusion that the sustainable development of higher education will promote the sustainable for whole society, politics, economy and culture.Character two and three analyzes the current situation of Tianjin Higher education from the scale, structure, quality, teaching ability and investment. Then it elaborates the mutual impact on Tianjin Higher education and Ring- Bohai region and points the mutual relationship between education development and economy development. On basis of character two and three, character four compares the development situation of Tianjin to other cities in Ring-Bohai region, makes use of SWOT and Eviews to ascertain the character; gradation, society orientation for Tianjin Higher education.At the end of this thesis, character five puts forward to establishing mutual-mechanism, safeguard system and cooperation mode in order to promote the sustainable development for Tianjin higher education.At the end of this thesis, character five put forward to establishing mutual- mechanism, safeguard system and cooperation mode in order to promote the sustainable development for Tianjin higher education.At present, there are few researches on higher education orientation.
