Culture management is a modern management mode which will affect people's thoughts and behavior by culture .And it will promote one's self-fulfillment and development by cultivating the organizational spirit and values. School culture management comes from organizational culture management. The principal is the core of school management and leadership. His leader behavior will reflect the management mode and the level of school. So researching on the principals' leader behavior is of great important practice meaning to the school leaders to promoting their management and leading behavior.The thesis applies the document and questionnaire method to find out the present problems and the relevant influencing factors of the leader behavior of principals .Through analyzing the data the author tries to offer some valuable suggestions for the principals to improve their management.There are five parts all together. The background and the purpose of this study are introduced in the first part. Besides these, the definitions of the concepts are also introduced in the first part. In the second part, it collects and analyzes the relevant theories at home and abroad, and gives the view of the research. In the third part, it develops the investigation and analysis of present state and problems. Then basing on the analyzing data, it gives the result that middle school principals' leader behavior in Tianjin tends to be the traditional management mode. There are different factors to influence the principal's leadership behavior, the main factor comes from principals themselves , the society or inside the school. In the fourth part, based on the research conclusions , the author puts forward some suggestions from the view of school culture management . School culture management requires the principals changing their management concept and methods. The principals should set up the concept of people first and then changing the way of decision-making and communicate. They may also improve the effect of leading behavior by perfecting the encouragement mode and building up their humane and moral charm. The last part is the conclusion .We arrive a conclusion of the result and the existing problems of this study, meanwhile, it points out the direction of further research.
