The quality of physical education, to a large extent depend on the level of physical education teachers. The level of physical education teachers and teachers are mainly embodied in the leadership of their own acts. Physical education teachers as the process of school physical education educators, organizers, leaders, students and the acts of the psychological development of an important impact on the source. Traditional science and physical education teachers to stress the psychological impact of teachers, emphasizing the confidence and enthusiasm will motivate their students to achieve the objectives of physical education and conscious action. Leadership behavior of teachers is the psychological process of psychological qualities shown by the external behavior, a teacher with the spirit of domination intrinsic motivation of the leadership of meaningful activities. Physical education teachers, many overlook the effectiveness of their leadership behavior, varying degrees of impact on the quality of teaching and unable to effectively enable students to engage in sports motivation, confidence and behavior.Physical education teachers how to understand the leadership behavior? The conduct of physical education teachers of students self-esteem movement is influential? Physical education teachers perceived leadership behavior of their exercise behavior after what? Through self-scale and maturity of the questionnaire survey, physical education teachers on leadership targets, student self-confidence and indicators of exercise behavior, the spss analysis to explore the relationship between. The results showed that:acts of physical education teachers a number of factors led to varying degrees, the impact of student self-confidence; physical education teachers in the community to support the leadership behavior, communication and behavior affect the students appreciated the exercise behavior, leadership behavior perceived higher physical education teachers, their training stronger level acts, on the contrary, the lower the perception. Weaker level of exercise behavior; movement of self-confidence the more intense and higher exercise behavior; the other hand, exercise more self-confidence weak, the lower their exercise behavior.
