| Middle school is an important stage of basic education in our country,and it is the foundation of national talent training.In recent years,the government continues to expand the school size.It is difficult to improve the execution of school education and teaching because of school management core hanging.The current management mode of school brought the impact,and it is important to change the objective requirements of school organizational structures.Grade group,as an important part of school management,is an important power sector to implement the concept of school running.As the core of the grade group management,the important position of the school management does not play a proper role.Grade leader,as the core of the grade group management is also important.But in the actual school management,there is a problem of unclear positioning,position ambiguity.This paper aims to study the problems of the school management through the case study of Nanjing S Middle School,and the difficulties and problems in school management.From the view of organizational structure reform,a clear and full grade leader role is to better serve the school management,efficient and orderly development,and thus to promote the construction of a reasonable and efficient school and management model. |
