With the continuous development of quality education, teaching critical reflection become an important means of updating the concept, and become an important way to achieve the quality of education. Teachers should not only teach their students "Learning to Learn", but also teach themselves "Teaching Institute." Therefore, at present we need to promote critical reflection in the majority of primary and secondary school teachers.However, from enormous literature about educational narratives, the term of critical reflection is hardly mentioned, and educational narratives depicted by teachers from everywhere almost limited to the level of common reflection so that the research of educational narratives is appearing"tableland phenomenon", even less the stagnancy. Consequently, I think it is urgent that the common reflection should be pushed to the higher level-critical reflection, advocating critical reflection.First chapter in this paper introduces the background and the meaning of this research; it also summarizes the relative literature. The following chapter is gradually described from reflection to critical reflection, at last introduces the teachers with critical reflection.The third chapter discusses several methods of educational narratives with critical reflection from four dimensionalities of teachers'selves, students, confrere and theoretic literature. Additional they are attached some cases with reasonable analysis.The forth chapter introduces the resource strategy of teaching critical reflection. Focus on education of teachers in how to read the theory, namely that the methods and experience problems, exchange problems, the problem position. Further more, the last chapter is analyzed some essential factors of critical reflection.This paper fully takes literature analysis in order to present the possible panorama of current critical reflection. Meanwhile, in this paper the author use the case analysis, and take the general and reasonable analysis about the cautiously selected cases.
