With the rapid development of network information technology,educational informatization has become an important trend in the field of education.The practice in recent years has proved that educational informatization is of great practical significance to realize fair and balanced development of basic education,to enrich educational means and to build a lifelong education system.In this context,many enterprises carry out product research and development around "smart campus" and "smart classroom",which makes artificial intelligence widely used in the field of education and promotes the deep integration of education and information technology.Shenzhen Bear Innovation Co.,Ltd.,the research object of this paper,is a typical education information enterprise.It has developed a series of education intelligent products centering on smart classroom by using artificial intelligence technology.Centered around the strategy of the company,this paper has carried out the following research: first of all,on the company’s basic situation,market conditions,operating conditions,the condition of the brand,human resources and enterprise culture conditions such as internal conditions are analyzed,the internal condition analysis matrix(IFE)is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s internal situation;secondly,the external environment such as macro environment,industry environment and so on that the company is facing is analyzed,and the key external factors influencing the future development of the enterprise are found out by using the external factor evaluation matrix method from two aspects of opportunities and threats;thirdly,the SWOT tool is used to analyze the company In terms of internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,competitive strategy and functional strategy of the company are proposed.Finally,from the organizational guarantee,technical guarantee,human resources guarantee,capital guarantee,market development guarantee and other aspects,put forward the company’s strategic landing guarantee measures.
