As the core of middle school Chinese teaching, writing teaching plays a very important role in Chinese teaching. And whether the students'writing ability is good or bad can directly tell their Chinese level. This thesis will focus on concerning and discussing how to emancipate and unleash students'individuality, improve their writing ability. This thesis will first analyze the present middle school Chinese teaching methods and then summarize the implementing strategy and evaluating ways of middle school individuation composition teaching. This will be based on the theories of pedagogic and psychology, respecting students'personalities, valuing training students'innovating spirit and lots of composition teaching examples.The following are five parts.Part one:Analysis of present middle school composition teaching. Though it has already improved a lot through educational workers'years of groping and improving, middle school composition teaching still has many problems. Composition teaching occupies 50 percent in Chinese teaching; however, students always can not gain as they pay. Writing lesson always follows a teaching mode like this: direction before writing---students wirting---teachers correcting---teachers commenting and appraising. This single teaching mode can't only stimulate students'writing interest but also vanish their individualities. Teachers pay more attention to the students exam scores not focusing on guiding during students writing process. Part two:Individual composition teaching should be the main teaching method of middle school composition teaching. Individual composition teaching is a teaching method which carries on the students positive writing to stimulate their personalities develop actively and harmoniously. It is in favor of writing original concept,distinct content,various conveying methods,beautiful language and true affection compositions. It is good to cultivate,train and exert students'individualities, bring up innovated talented persons. The distinguishing feature and advantage of individual composition teaching has already been accepted by more and more Chinese teaching staff. It will definitely be the main mode of middle school composition teaching.Part three:The theory basement of individual composition teaching. Diverse intelligent theory points out that students are different from their psyche development level. Active guiding is the premise for students to publicize their personalities during the writing. Humanism theory emphasizes students as the center, values students'main position and gives a new idea to middle school Chinese composition teaching. Rational naturalism teaching theory demands education should pay attention to humans harmoniously development and respect men's individualities.Part four:The implementing strategies of individual composition teaching. Education staff should carry out individual composition teaching, lead students experience life, catch life scene, form individual writing content, think from different angles, and unearth individual inspiration from life. Students should make good use of time to read school books and extracurricular books, imitate and form the individual language style. Advocate individual teaching on class; launch stratifying teaching to different groups.Part five: Evaluation methodology of individualized composition, This point shall adapt to the rules of people oriented, improvement ,appreciation, truth, innovation, and the combination of humanity and culture, the substance of the evaluation includes the level of individuation, self-evaluation, comments of the composition and the writer, views of the composition, the teaching method and so on. The processing of evaluation, also should abide by the principle of self-maluation, group maluation, class maluation, teacher maluation, etc.In brief, concerning the research and practice of the teaching of individualized composition, it provides a new teaching method, which is different from the traditional model; it has a very important significance for improving students'interests, releasing students'personalities, exerting students'talent, improving students'writing skill and overall quality.
