The author tries to review the indiividualizeed composition teaching guided bythe new curriulum based on current research and the author's six yearsof experiencein teaching Chinese, carries on historical introspection into the long lost"individualization" of composition teaching1,triesto probe into the concept ofcomposition teaching deeply , and explain the unique understangding of theindividualized composition teaching , the characteristics of individualizedcomposition teaching ,the view of teaching and view of relationship between teachersand students in individualized composition teaching1 as well as the requisition forChinese teacher's accomplishments so as to probe into the way of implementingindividualized composition teaching and the procedure of training ,and triea to avoidthe tendency of generalized and formularized traditional composition teaching.Composition teaching should lay emphasis on the students' individualized lifeexperience and creat environment and conditionsfor individualized output so as toreach the goal of composition teaching by stimulating the students' latentpotentialities,cultivating the cinsciousness of individualization and expressing individualizedemotion.On the probe into the practical meaning of the teaching of Chinese , the authordescribes the research and practice of implementing in individualized compositionconcretely by cimbining the author's instance in actual teaching .
