Some high school students have had high or the low level mathematics have been anxious, does not favor the student mathematics quality the enhancement, and does not favor mathematics value the display. Is advantageous the mathematics anxious regulation in the appropriate level in the student forms the correct study manner and mathematics faith, is advantageous and promotes person's full scale development in mathematics educational goal realization, this is mathematics educational reform need, is also humanism mathematics education philosophy request.This article in the analysis high school student mathematics anxious general origin's foundation, bases on the high school mathematics classroom instruction, the union mathematics study psychology, mathematics teaching discusses, theories and the domestic and foreign related mathematics anxious research results and so on modern cognition psychology, the research high school student mathematics anxious classroom regulation method, makes every effort to cause student's mathematics maintains at anxious the suitable level. The research scope mainly includes:(1)High school student mathematics anxious type, characteristic and origin.(2)Mathematics anxious in classroom instruction classified regulation method.This article proposes the high school student mathematics anxious classroom regulation following principle: (1) mathematics methodology teaching principles. (2) Take question solution as center of gravity principle. (3) Teaches the principle superiorly by the sentiment. (4) Moderate principle.This article has discussed two kind of mathematics anxious regulation with emphasis: (1) internal cause mathematics anxious has explored the cognition factor, the personality factors, the emotion factor, the gender factors specifically. (2) External factor mathematics anxious explored anxious specifically about mathematics content value, abstract anxious, the problem solving has been anxious, the test anxious as well as regulated the mathematics anxious method in the different class. Through the research, may provide certain theory and the method instruction for mathematics education teaching, is advantageous in mathematics educational goal realization, is advantageous in middle school mathematics curriculum reform basic idea realization.Under this findings' instruction, the author has carried on mathematics teaching experiment initially, draws the following conclusion: Take this article theory as the instruction, regulates the high school student mathematics anxious in mathematics classroom instruction is feasible, can the mathematics anxious regulation in the suitable level, be effectively advantageous in enhances student's academic record, achieves mathematics educational goal, thus promotes student's full scale development.
