Heilongjiang Higher Vocational Education Investment Research

The topic of investment of Higher Vocational education(hereafter referred to as HVE) has been a major problem after 20 years of development in our country.It is also an essential problem that will greatly influence and restrain the future development of HVE.This paper does research on the theory of higher education,combining with the economic analyzing methods, using both theory and practice and with the analysis of cases, trying to analyze a series question of higher education's investment in Heilongjiang province,and also in order to explore the coming problems after years of development.At the same time,we use the experience of developed countries and regions in China for reference,which could supply some good ideas about sources and structure of HVE's outlay.The emphases is offering some reasonable elements and strategies for HVE in Heilongjiang province from the views of both macro and micro educational system .
