Development Of School-enterprise Cooperation Independent Colleges And Countermeasures

As a new mode of the national high education, Independent College is market-oriented and runs with the help of educational resources and social funds. Among all kinds of Independent College, college-enterprise co-operated college is the main form. It is not only an experimental form, but also a carrier of educational reforms, aiming at breakthroughs and further healthy development. Besides, it shows the new trend of high education. With the brief introduction to the college-enterprise co-operated college, this paper stresses its sustainable strategies, especially the definition of patent, value orientation, running and developing, etc. Several feasible measures are proposed later: set up modern patent system; clarify the criteria of responsibility, rights and interests; erect correct orientation of running the college to compromise interests and commonweal; regulate the running mode to boost teaching quality and evade risks; improve management and etc.
