Research On How To Strengthen Enterprise Education In Independent College In The New Period

Along with the transfer of our higher education from elite education to popular education, the supply and demand relationship of college graduate employment has changed greatly. Most graduates will face an inevitable result that they will be unemployed after graduating. Self-employment by college graduates is a certain solution to individual livelihood. In order to adapt to the demand of self-employment practice by college graduates, enterprise education to strengthen their entrepreneurial sense and train their entrepreneurial ability is an urgent task of present educational reform. Enterprise education in our country was in the embryonic stage in the 1990's of last century and in the trial stage in 2002 in nine universities. The related academic researches and business practice activities have been done widely in our country.The present severe problem is that students in independent colleges face an inferior competitive employment market to public universities. It is due to the source and family background of students, the low talent cultivation quality, the lacking cultivation feature, the shortage of careers guidance in independent colleges and the prejudice from the public. Self-employment is a necessary choice of students in independent colleges who are inferior in fierce employment competitions. It is an urgent task for independent colleges to strengthen students' career-creation education. How the theory of enterprise education and empirical researches will be strengthened in the new style is an important topic in the high education field.As one of supervisors in independent colleges, the author will explore and analyze some problems in enterprise education of independent colleges with the great interest and sense of mission. This thesis is divided into three parts. Firstly, the author will put forward the important significance of enterprise education in independent colleges in the new period.Secondly, the author will discuss and analyze problems and reasons of enterprise education in independent colleges.Thirdly, the author will study and advance ideas and ways to strengthen enterprise education in independent colleges.
