Entering the 21st century, under the background of the international course reform, a new round of course reform in our country has started vigorously. Guided by the new concept of course reform, the three-dimensional aim has been laid out. These are knowledge and skill, process and method, emotional attitude and view of value. The new course reform regards"process and method"as an important field of the course aim, admitting the value of learning process and scientific method. Senior grade one is an important stage in the course of students'learning, The essay, based on the theory of modern constructivism, combined with the relative theory of psychology and the characteristics of the senior grade one physics teaching, is conducting a further study and discussion on how to carry out the physics course aim—"process and method". And it strives to provide the physics teachers with theory and practice combined, practical and efficient ways to carry out"process and method"course aim, at the same time, the essay is aimed at promoting and raising my own teaching ability and level.In my study, I have adopted the ways of document analysis, action study, observation and interview. The essay is made up of four chapters. Chapter 1 brings to light the background of this study, mainly expounding the characteristics of physics course reform both in and out of our country, and the senior grade students'physics learning features. Chapter 2 explores the theoretical basis on how to implement"process and method"aim. And separately discusses that"process and method"is an important component part of scientific accomplishment, that"process and method"aim is based on the theory of constructivism, and what the connotation of"process and method"aim is. Chapter 3 explains the aim strategies. It is about how to stress"process and method"aim in designing teaching activities, how to embody scientific teaching methods in physics teaching, and how to put into effect the teaching strategies. Chapter 4 combined with the teaching reality analyses in a systematic way the"process and method"factors in senior grade one physics teaching material, thus promoting the realization of the"process and method"aim in senior grade one physics teaching.
