A Research On Strategies Of Co-operative And Explorative Teaching In High School Physics Classroom

The development of society entails talents with abilities of co-operation and exploration. The new round of curriculum reform lays much emphasis on the learning style of "co-operation" and "exploration", which makes adopting co-operative and explorative teaching important means for that appeal. Co-operative and explorative teaching takes the basic form of formal and co-operative learning groups, incorporating fundamental ideas and ways into explorative teaching, trying to increase the efficiency of explorative activities and strengthening students' abilities of co-operation and exploration. In brief, Co-operative and explorative teaching is a kind of explorative teaching combined with much more co-operative ideas and practices.Little has been done with the research on co-operative and explorative teaching at home. Less has been done with the research on strategies of co-operative and explorative teaching of high school physics. Therefore, based on existing theoretical research on explorative teaching, co-operative learning and co-operative and explorative teaching, this article adopts the following research ways: in-class observation, personal interview and questionnaire. It makes survey about the current situation of co-operative and explorative teaching in high school physics and analyzes the problems and their reasons present. According to the relevant theories and the survey result, this article will construct strategies of co-operative and explorative teaching of high school physics in terms of co-operative relationship between students and teachers or students and students in the order of 3 steps: preparation, implementing, evaluation of in-class teaching. Finally, this article will describe how to carry out the strategies in class.
