The development of the times has made people face the new scene which never appeared in the past . While the implementation of the new senior secondary curriculum provide a broad stage for the teachers "teaching innovation". Then how to prominent the students' importance in the teaching process and to train the the spirit of students' innovation and collaboration awareness, is becoming an urgent issure that many educators have to face. Well then ,how can we nurture students' creative spirits and consciousness and thereby give the priority to the students in studying and change the students' learning method.Practice shows that the network Inquiry learning is the best method to answer the above question.High school IT courses is of great practice, because it is aimed at enhancing the students' information literacy as the overall goal. At present, most of the current information technology curriculum is still using the traditional teaching method plus practising what are tought though computer .Because such teaching methods mainly instill knowledge and students have to accept it passively, it is difficult to cultivate the students' ability of integrated use and the innovation. But now, network Inquiry Learning this new model, aims to help pupils how to identify problems, analyse problems and solve problems, as well as collaboration capabilities. Thus this method can totally meet the target of cultivating students. Therefore it will certainly play an important role in training the students' capacity of independence, innovation together with collaboration by using this new way in the information technology teaching.From the theory and practice , this article writes about the network inquiry learning theory and a series of practical research under the guaidence of this theory. In practice, it mainly discussed the social background and the theory basis, the basic learning method and the designing .In practice, exploratory learning network using Moodle system provides students with the self-study and cooperative learning environment in which to start, also the foundation of the network Inquiry Learning System in the research process is also an important task.By nearly one year to explore the theory and teaching practice in Dayu Middle School,I try to promote the inquiry learning based on such a network environment, so as to provide theory and practice for the future information technology teaching in high schools.
