Professional Development of Teachers is an important issue that many international education institutes are faced, which also assured and promoted the quality of teachers. As important members of the team, new teachers' growth is very important to the effectiveness and stability of teachers. At present, there are a lot of disadvantages in new preschool teacher training, such as lack of interaction and continuity in the training process and unequal status between the trainer and new teachers. The question is how to make a new teacher training achieve a higher efficiency. This dissertation will attempted to summarize some effective training strategies in the cooperative community we will bring to the new preschool teacher training course.The dissertation consists of five parts.Part I, Introduction. It includes the origins of the topic, study techniques and innovation in the Field.Part II, Summary on study of the topic and Concept Definitions. Discovering new teacher training strategies through the texts of predecessors in the topic field, then we will explain the concept of "Cooperative Community" we will use research carried out during this study as support for our theories.Part III, explain the new teachers' opinions and feed back from the training through questionnaires and interviews, so the study remains target oriented.Part IV, I chose the new teachers in Wuxi Experimental Kindergarten to study I will and cooperative community ideals are added into the new teacher training. We will also explore other case studies and analysis in this part.Part V, in this section, I will bring forward and conclude my theories in new preschool teacher training strategies based on the Cooperative Community ideals we have explained.
