Preschool Teachers Study The Mechanism Of Community Dialogue

With the gradual emphasis on pre-school education at home and abroad,the community of kindergarten teachers professional development level requirements are also increasing.Because of the importance of education,teacher learning community also will rise.The related research shows that the learning community has a positive effect on the individual professional development level of teachers and the professional level of teachers' professional development.Community members to provide more opportunities for dialogue and platform to form a mutual influence of interpersonal and cultural atmosphere,to achieve knowledge sharing and interpersonal equality,help to improve the quality of teachers,so as to improve education quality.However,there are few studies on the dialogue between kindergarten teachers in the learning community.In view of the factors and strategies that affect the effectiveness of dialogue in kindergarten teachers in the study community,this paper aims to explore the research make the kindergarten teacher learning community to play its role in the dialogue mechanism.On the basis of explaining the characteristics,functions and influencing factors of the kindergarten teachers' learning community,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the theoretical basis and practical basis of the establishment of the dialogue mechanism.The guarantee mechanism,which is the main part of this article.This paper discusses the operation mechanism to regulate the start and operation of the dialogue mechanism,including the operation mode,the interaction between the running subject and the running object;and the setting of the running mode under the premise that the supporting conditions of the running subject and the running object are satisfied.In the process of dialogue,to stimulate the dynamic mechanism of the dialogue mechanism of vitality and enthusiasm,from the dialogue culture,dialogue skills and dialogue between the three aspects of the establishment of equality,trust the atmosphere of dialogue,so that the dialogue of the internal Power to be inspired;Finally,let the protection mechanism make the dialogue mechanism sustainable and effective development.And explores the sustainable development of the safeguard dialogue mechanism from the management level,the teacher level and the knowledge level.
