For a long time, our country's education reform tends to focus on the changing of course content, improvement of teaching method,and adjustment of school Structure, although these changes have certain effect, now they seem to have entered a status of bottleneck. Therefore, more and more education workers realize that the key element of the education reform is the cultural change, teacher culture is the integration of teachers' values, ways of thinking and behavior,which has had the deepest affects the development of teachers, and has important significance and value of teachers'development and school integrity's change.Teachers in daily work of school among individuals tend to be separate from each other, they solve complex problems in or out of class with individual strength and wisdom. However, Under the background of the new curriculum reform, teacher's teaching, student's studying way, school's management and evaluation methods are all changed, it requires teachers to break the state of isolated work, establish the cooperation relations of mutual open, trust, collaboration and support in the process of exchange interaction among the teachers, and work hard at school community to build cooperative teacher culture of mutual development between teachers and school. In view of Coupling between teacher learning community and the cooperative teacher culture, this paper will try to investigate contemporary cooperative teacher culture at the point of teacher learning community.First, based on the related literature study to clarify the concepts of culture and teacher culture, community and learning community; then inventory of contemporary Chinese scholars'research to teacher culture, summarize relevant content of the cooperative teacher culture, at the same time, trace the thought origin of teacher learning community with historical clues, and expound the coupling between the cooperative teacher culture and the teacher learning community.Secondly, through the analysis of the cooperative teacher culture's times requirements and the related theoretical foundation, at the same time of referencing foreign research achievements on teacher culture, focuses on the present survey of elementary and middle schools cooperative teacher culture, points out the isolation culture of the teachers, and Human co-culture, Factionalism culture and the Mosaic cultural phenomenon in the cooperative teacher culture, which reveals the Real confusion of cooperative teacher culture, and then one by one explores the reason why primary and secondary school teachers are lack of cooperation from four aspects:teaching environment of teachers, organizational climate of schools, teachers' mental models and time conditions.Thirdly, on the basis of demonstrating cooperation and isolation, cooperation and competition and their incompatible and interdependent relationships, based on the mainland, the writer combines with the present survey of Chinese primary and secondary school teachers culture, taking into account teacher learning community optimization, the article explorates cooperative teacher culture change path from shared vision, school administration, peer relationship and time support four aspects.While take the example of F school, through collective lessons, mentoring system reform, classroom observation and research salon to display the ideal state of cooperative teacher culture.
