With the development of the Educational Informationization and the implementation of the teacher professionazation, the ability of educational technology has been required as the basic quality of teachers. In December 2004, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "the educational technology capability standards of primary and secondary school teachers(for trial implementation)" and gave specific demand for the educational technology ability of the primary and secondary school teachers. In order to adapt to the teaching of primary and secondary schools, the normal students must have strong educational technology capacity. The teachers' colleges set up "modern educational technology" curriculum to train the students' capacity of educational technology .Currently the curriculum of "modern educational technology" is not perfect, and we must take the "standard" as a guide to reform and explore the curriculum of "modern educational technology".Firstly, this paper analyses the main content on the "standard",and discusses the guiding significance to the reform of the "Modern Education Technology" curriculum. Then, taking Huaiyin Teachers' College as a model, this paper puts up a questionnaire survey to understand the current normal students' capacity of educational technical and analyses the gap with the "standard" .The paper also analyses the problems that exist in the current "modern educational technology" public curriculums from five aspects, the orientation of the curriculum, the curriculum, teaching, teachers' ability and students' understanding ability. In view of the current problems, this paper puts forward six aspects of teaching strategies in the implementation of "Modern Educational Technology" public curriculums:1. Comprehensively improve the ability and quality of the teachers;2. Take a variety of teaching methods and models;3. Improve the curriculum Evaluation System of "modern educational technology";4. Strengthen the integration of the curriculum of "modern educational technology" and different subjects;5. Strengthen practical teaching and improve practical applications capability;6. Strengthen morality education in the technology practice.Finally, this paper explores the effectiveness of the implementation of the reform measures combined with the teaching practice in the "modern educational technology" curriculum .
