Information technology, highly developed and widely in-depth application in the field of education, has injected new vitality to the current basic education reform. Modern educational technology is the "commanding heights" and "breakthrough" of the education reform. In order to expedite the construction of Teacher Education informationization, the Ministry of Education requires that normal colleges set up information technology and modern education technology as compulsory subject in public, strengthening education reform and materials construction of information technology-related public courses in normal college. Education technology courses has become a required course for education in normal college. However, the implementation of the curriculum is not perfect currently.In order to improve the educational technology application ability and level, the Ministry of Educationin promulgated the "Educational Technology Capability Standards of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (for trial implementation)" in December 2004. "Standard" has become the fundamental basis of educational technology training and assessment. This study discussed the guiding significance of "standard" to the Educational Technology Course reform in normal college. On this basis, this study investigated the status quo and demand of Educational Technology capability of the frontline teachers in primary and secondary school, put forward reform and practice program such as "Educational Technology" course objectives, content, teaching strategies and evaluation methods in order to cultivate the Educational Technology capability and literacy of normal college students.This article is a summary of the Educational Technology Course reform practice under the guidance of the "standard".The first chapter is the Introduction, introduces the research background, significance, domestic and international research status of educational technology course curriculum reform , the research methods and the main research content.Chapter II discussed the guiding significance of "standard" to the Educational Technology Course reform in normal college.The third chapter investigated the Educational Technology capability status of first-line teachers in primary and secondary schools and normal college's students, discussed the problems of the public curriculum of "Educational Technology". Chapter IV conducted the teaching reform and exploration of the public curriculum of "Educational Technology", including the location and construction of curriculum goals, the selection and organization of course content, the formulation and implementation of teaching strategies, the reform and improvement of teaching evaluation. At last, through a specific teaching practice in our school, the effectiveness test of the public curriculum of "Educational Technology" in the above-mentioned reform measures carried out . It showed that enthusiasm, cooperation, explore consciousness, and educational technology capabilities of students have been significantly improve. The performance had improved significantly.End of the part is a summary of this study .It pointed out the deficiencies and limitations of research, as well as follow-up work.
