We believe that teachers perform flexible in the design of teaching and create open, democratic and cooperative classroom environment. Besides teaching, teachers pay full attention to the development of individual, establish a harmonious relationship between the teachers and students. As for evaluation, teachers should abandon the traditional evaluation perspective and establish a scientific and pluralistic evaluation system Through this study, we appreciate that education urge flexibility in teaching design.
