The classroom instantaneous resources not only are the produces of the interaction and combination of the teachers' teaching theory, subject knowledge and the reflection on educational practice, but also incarnate and reflect the teachers' teaching intelligence. As to the complicated educational practice, so - called instruction of theory and the improvement of teaching skills are of little use because they are not purpose, but just means.The learning of teaching theories and mastering of teaching skills can only be used to realize different teaching purposes and exhibit the diversity of teaching practice in a specific teaching situation. Therefore, the instantaneous resources teaching are not imposed and we had better not use only one teaching method. Also, we can not just depend on teaching skills. Only by improving the teachers' makings and continuously practicing teaching and reflecting our teaching can we achieve our goals.The generation of the classroom instantaneous resources is not mechanical like taking one' s seat according to the number on the ticket. Because no matter how wonderful and considerate the teaching plans are, the incidental factors or unexpected sudden changes will usually break the teachers' preset teaching frame and also influence the teaching procedures and the interaction and communication between the teachers and students. As new problems and situations arise in the teaching activity at any moment, it's difficult to follow the preset teaching plan strictly. The teachers should make a prompt decision and show resourcefulness in an emergency to avoid the disorder or disharmony in the classroom. The above is the course of the generation of the classroom instantaneous resources.The reason why the generation of the classroom instantaneous resources is necessary lies in that it can promote the development of both the teachers and students, which are the centers of the teaching and learning. It can also facilitate the development of the teachers' and student' s personality. The classroom activities must be carried out by both teachers and students and in the teaching practice, students and teachers, students and students keep exchanging information and their ideas and behaviors are also changing. The generation course of the classroom instantaneous resources is also the one when the teachers exhibit their skills of adjusting teaching procedures and regulating and controlling the teaching procedures reflectively, the purpose of which is to guide the students to learn autonomously.
