Democratization of education reform is the common trend of the world, democracy is the democratization of education, teaching the basic requirements. In this paper, the face of high school biology classroom leaching prevail in the non-democratic phenomenon, a high school biology classroom by teaching the Democratic strategy of exploration and practice, is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the literature has been sorted democracy teaching relevant knowledge and define the "modern democratic classroom teaching" concept and characteristics. Then, through the city's high school biology teachers and high school students a sampling survey analysis, in view of some in the classroom teaching in the non-democratic phenomenon, a high school biology classroom by teaching strategies and democracy were in practice and exploration.Through the teaching of high school biology classroom teaching to the practice of democracy, I believe that the strategy is effective, feasible, not only the academic performance of students, and improve their ability to learn is more important to the students of biological interest in learning, and actively participate in classroom Teaching sense of democracy, and other aspects significant effect, and hence further promote the value.In this paper, the high school biology classroom teaching democratic theory of issues, and in practice has taken on exploratory first step.
