Teaching democracy is the basic goal of education reform,The implementation of democracy in teaching,which is a common step in the world,and the realization of teaching democracy is the common pursuit of all countries in the world.Compared with other education,democratic "blood" being into elementary education,which has more special significance of education,The students unfinished characteristics make their own lack of understanding of the concept of democracy and democratic consciousness they rely more on external forces(mainly teachers)to help them grow.Therefore,to a certain extent,the investigation and research on it,this will be helpful to the reform of basic education.Educational democracy is an important part of social democracy,is one of the important characteristics of modern education,the teaching democracy is the most profound and the most core content of educational democracy,it plays a decisive role in education reform.In recent years,the research of teaching democracy emerges in an endless stream,however,there is no scientific definition of the connotation,characteristics and related dimensions of teaching democracy.Therefore,this article is mainly from the perspective of teaching,taking class as the main place of research,taking teachers and students as research objects,the main research methods are questionnaire,interview,observation,literature review and case analysis,and it is to investigate or analyze on the present situation and the problems of the practice of teaching democracy.This article will start from the three dimensions of teaching democracy to carry out the investigation of the implementation of the democratic teaching:That is,the status quo of teaching freedom,the status quo of teaching equality and the status quo of teaching justice.however,through the investigation of the implementation of these democratic ways,we find that the concept of traditional exam oriented education is still very heavy,the concept of teaching democracy has its own table,but not its quality,classroom management style is not out of the vicious circle,teachers still have absolute control over the classroom,the students are still scared when they meet teachers,the existence of students as the main body of teaching evaluation is ignored.Education is a basic way to help students learn to know,to live,to work and to be a man,therefore,the author investigates and analyzes the democratic practice in classroom teaching,to find the problems of teaching democracy,On this basis,the paper puts forward the relevant solutions:renew education idea,to establish a democratic view of teaching;pay attention to the democracy in classroom management,to improve teaching tact,creating a democratic relationship between teachers and students and advocate the diversity of teaching evaluation in four aspects.Firstly,There are two ways to renew education concept and to set up the concept of teaching democracy: to establish the position and function of teaching democracy,it is necessary to establish a new concept of student democracy.Secondly,there are two ways to pay attention to the classroom management of democracy,and to improve the teaching tact strategy: encouraging students participate in classroom management creating democratic and harmonious classroom environment,improve teachers' teaching ability and improve teaching tact.Again,there are three strategies to create a democratic teacher-student relationship:enhance the teaching quality of teachers,establish the concept of teaching equality;respect students' intellectual freedom;pay attention to humanistic care,optimize classroom teaching.In addition to,there are two strategies to ensure the diversification of teaching evaluation:promote the diversification of teaching evaluation subjects and teaching evaluation object.The author hopes to study and analyze the implementation of democracy in in classroom teaching,it can provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference for the current basic education reform.
