| Educational wisdom is the outcome of the education development as well as the social development. The twenty-first century is an innovative century, and education is to be reformed. As the enhancement of school-oriented research and new curricula reform, educational wisdom is gradually gain more attention from people. This article analyzes the achievement of domestic research on this object, and based on which studies the formation mechanism. Through the unscrambling of wisdom, the article reveals the connotation of wisdom, clarifies some wisdom-related concepts, and summarizes the present research on educational wisdom in order to understand the base on which educational wisdom constructs. The article deducts the connotation of wisdom after analyzing and summarizing the research results of the predecessors. During the research on education wisdom, educational wisdom is always understood as "practical wisdom", "education accomplishment", "education tact", "teaching wisdom". All those are basically "teachers' wisdom", not "educational wisdom". We believe that educational wisdom belongs to the educational realm, an ideal realm people achieve through the understanding of education and it is a kind of awareness of truth about the freedom, harmony and persistent development of education and human. It indicates a person's systematic comprehension to education in all directions and combined quality when dealing with complicated educational context. It is not only a kind of culture phenomenon and mental emotion but also the survival means in pursuit for truth, virtue, beauty and better educational life. Educational wisdom penetrates all the ways of education and life and it's the plan and achievement of education development and individuals' life meaning. Educational wisdom shows due concern with the development of education, the society and the people. It surveys education and life from a dynamic and developing view. The paper analyzes the manifestation and the reason that people lack educational wisdom to understand education better. We discuss the formation mechanism of educational wisdom beginning with its definition. The consensus-targeted understanding between inner and outer factors of educational wisdom in the process of conflict, the integration between the ability of people's understanding of education and objects results in the formation mechanism of educational wisdom. The below elements will play impacts on the formation mechanism of educational wisdom: first, objective factors, like history and culture, social change and educational system; secondly, subjective factors, like understanding of educational essence, understanding of basic constituent and practical execution of education. The formation mechanism of educational wisdom is the result of the conflict between interior and exterior of educational wisdom. In fact, the formation mechanism of educational wisdom deals with the contradiction of educational wisdom. So we must ravel the contradiction among educational wisdom and find the correspondence which affects the formation of educational wisdom in the conflict of all factors. It is understanding that is the consensus-targeted understanding of educational wisdom in the course of continual conflict, constant reflection, constant practice and constant understanding. Therefore, we should create some conditions to eliminate the disadvantages, solve contradictions and provide advantages for the formation mechanism of educational wisdom. This paper discusses the advantages from forming the effective dialogue and cooperation mechanism, the perfect teaching education system, the educational creation mechanism by education research and free and open teaching and learning system. From the perspective of the formation mechanism of educational wisdom, the abstract initiates its discussion to explain educational wisdom and to provide some expertise for the generation of educational wisdom and the promotion of quality and level of education, and educational reform. |
