Junior High School Students Humanistic Spirit To Develop The Evaluation System

This paper is carrying on the foundation of research to the related concepts of the spirits of humanity,through the survey of the teachers, the investigation and research of the students in Zhangjiagang No.6 Middle School ,begin with the characteristics of the evaluation subject and object,this paper has analyzed the present education of students' spirits of humanity,using the scientific means, has formulated students' spirits of humanity assessment standard, and uses this standard to carry on the appraisal for students' behavior, and carries on the assessment criteria ,the formulation and the practice. According to the result of the reassessment,the assessment system about the spirits of humanity of the junior middle school students which is studied by this paper got the approval of the leaders,teachers and students in Zhangjiagang No.6 Middle School,but at the same time it still exists some problems.Therefore, in the last part of the paper we offer some suggestions about the system and practice of the spirits of humanity of the junior middle school students: Firstly, during our education and teaching, we should pay attention to the improvement and promotion of students'humanities spirit.We should keep close contact with the teachers in the assessment activity. We should keep pace with the process the class meeting and morning assembly. We should show a great concern of students' behavior and habits.Secondly,we should make a modification and complement for the assessment criteria, and draw up assessment criteria to show the evaluation standard of students' characteristics. Thirdly, further norm evaluation process, put together the education teaching movable knot of the evaluation process and the school, fall the student's humanities spirit's evaluation solid place. Finally, choosing a few classes which has already carried on an experimental unit to be the Experimental unit, practicing new evaluating system, in order to raise students' humanities spirit effectively, we should concern teachers' educating process, pay attention to students' norm becomes and try to get the parents' support.
