During the educational activities, we often have to face lots of accomplished relations about education, which are the bases of our analyzing and judging and they are often the shelters of more possibilities of our education. Thinking trigger learning, Thinking triggered suspicions. Deconstruction can give the education a method of analyzing the accomplished relations and structures in a new way. Deconstruction give the teacher the new idea which is difference from the traditional idea. The idea can bring new experience to the students. During diversification of society, our education must change with time and situation. Our teachers need binding actual situation to promote education of development with deconstruction. Paper discusses deconstruction philosophy for education and teacher education of significance.To the education, deconstruction makes us recognizing that education of order is uncertain and common deterministic. Education means lots of possibilities, we need the suspect of spirit to confront educational phenomena. In the view of deconstruction, the aim of education is that culturing students active of thinking.To the teacher education, deconstruction give us three enlightenment: Firstly,for the educational significance achieved, different points of view of thinking means different of results .Past experience is important to comprehend knowledge profoundly.Secondly, teacher and student must dialogue each other so that understanding the solution problems .Thirdly, justice means the open of thought. Education cultivate the fair citizens.Deconstruction philosophical limit lies in the ultimate final of suspicion . Teacher education must pursuit the ultimate final,and the pursuiting which is understanding the knowledge profoundly may encouragement teacher to work fastly.
