The student will migrate the scientific knowledge into new study or into the life and the work, also, will transform it into the ability, because it's one of basic goals of the scientific teaching. The migration has the vital role in the science education teaching.Junior middle school chemistry is the initiation education of study chemistry, effectively guides the student to cross the threshold, realizes study highly effective migration, builds the good foundation for chemistry study, inquires into enhances the teaching and the study result migration method and the strategy, is key point which the topic must study.Paper in under correlation transport theory instruction, union junior middle school student's study characteristic, established the goal, the principle and the implementation strategy of raising the student chemistry migration ability. In study junior middle school chemistry knowledge process, design the plan of how to raise migrated ability in detail. In order to sharpen student's migration ability and the learning capability, provide the reference and the diligently direction for the teacher to raise the student chemistry migration ability.After one year diagnosis research about chemistry migration ability raise, through correlation investigation of the student's migrated ability, analysis center tests the result, indicated determined the basic goal,the principle,the strategy and so on is feasible for carrying on the raise of migrate ability, has the operational, also has the remarkable effect to the student academic record enhancement.
