With the development of science and technology, modern education techniques are widely used in teaching. Network technique has been the frontline and mainstream of the modern education field in 21st century for its advantages such as resource-sharing, multi-media and interactive. This paper introduced experiments that based on the theory of construction, to explore a network education mode that adapt to the junior middle school chemical education content and student's develop level by teaching practice.For the need of investigation, according the nature conditions and original studying level, we selected two parallel classes in grade 3 of ZhongHua junior middle school to test. Complied with the teaching outline and teaching materials, we didn't add any teaching time and exercises. We give the experimental class network teaching, while the comparing class conventional teaching. After use three network teaching mode to complete the education, we analyzed their test result to find out the effects to students at different levels; through a questionnaire survey to find out the degree of acceptance and recognition of the students to the network teaching mode and the effect of their abilities trains.The investigation result can be summarized as follows: network teaching can obviously promote the students' study interest; enhance the students' achievement in a certain extent, especially in certain mode the network teaching redound to a majority of the students to improve their achievements much more. Network teaching helps to enhance the students' synthesis literacy, particularly to the enhancement of information literacy. It has a positive effect on the training of students' abilities of analysis thinking, comprehensive practice and cooperative learning.
