Football professionalization is promote the development of world football, important path to raise the level of football. Both China and Japan are close neighbours, have implemented the football professionalization, after nearly20years of professional development, but now Japan football has firmly established itself as one of the first-class level in Asia, and the football sports in our country is in Asia third-rate levels stagnate, it must be a reason, so, on a comparison of two countries football career development is necessary.This paper uses literature, comparative analysis, expert interviews and other research methods, with the professional football league of the two countries as the research object, according to the two countries league professional football club development course, management system, backup talents from several aspects such as comparative analysis, through comparative study, analyzing the characteristics of the two countries the development of the professional football league, tally up experience of Japan successful professional football, proved our country professional soccer development behind the cause and the existing problems, and puts forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures for existing problems, and provide the basis for the construction development of China’s professional football club with reference.Main research results of this paper is as follows:1. Our professional football league management model for centralized type management mode, the Japanese J league take the decentralised management mode, more suitable for the development of professional football league.2. Our country football sports management department lack of league club’s effective management, indistinction is serious, the rule of law is not perfect. The Japanese right of ownership and the separation of shareholding system management mode.3. Professional football league in China lack of effective supervision institutions and measures.4. Our country football reserve personnel training mode belongs to the typical "pyramid" type training pattern, the training system of training mode. Japanese training mode belongs to "interactive" training mode, the cultivation of the players to "walk training system" training mode.5. China’s youth culture concept focus more on athletic ability training, neglecting the cultivation of scientific and cultural knowledge.
