Education is an undertaking closely concerned with happiness, and experiencing happiness in the teaching career is the value pursuit for a teacher. As an advanced normal education project for cultivating will-be-teachers, the ideas for education should be transformed on the grounds of pursuing career happiness, the career development should be focused on, the curriculum arrangement should be perfected, and the practical part should be strengthened, with a view to making students experience educational life before the job, identify the value of the career, taste the happiness from it, laying a foundation for their future career life. Therefore, the research on the advanced teachers' practical curriculum focusing on the teachers' knowledge is an integral part of improving and perfecting the whole curriculum system.From the view of knowledge outlook and teachers' knowledge, the article examines the fundamental value and meaning of practical knowledge and courses on the teachers' career happiness. Through the reflections on the current state, problems, and trend of practical curriculum at home and abroad, the article expounds the inevitability and urgency for improving it, and analyzes the theory foundation as well as its internal value for students' speciality, career and moral development. It aims to put forward such a subject that the practical curriculum is meaningful not only functionally in terms of its impact on the job training, but also theoretically when it comes to teachers' career emotions and professional happiness.In view of what have been mentioned above, this study tends to construct a "teacher development" practical curriculum module based on moral latitude. It puts forward basic principles, and the way of managing and organizing the curriculum which provides the direct context for high normal education students to promote their teacher professional happiness at the pre-service stage. In the implementation of the curriculum, this study use observation, giving accounts, role-playing, interactive training, research, and real situation experience as the main forms of practical curriculum. They will give high normal education students more opportunities and time to experience the teaching situation, improve their ability of performing clinical research and field training in education, and provide them with more space to put their autonomy, initiative and creativity into full play. In the implementation of the curriculum, dispersal and concentration, real and simulated situation, training and researching, school-based and department-based practical curriculum should be combined to ensure that the high normal education students can construct practical knowledge in a wide variety of situations and apply the knowledge in practice and exhibit their special points. The implementation of "teacher development" practical curriculum can make the high normal students respect their moral lives and promote them to obtain the knowledge in education, and give them a preliminary experience in teaching professional happiness and lay a solid foundation for their future career.Based on the practical curriculum, the high normal education will lead students in the right and every possible directions.
