Interpersonal communication is the most instinctual transmission of human life.It is the most basic form of communication.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the interpersonal communication media is also constantly evolving.More and more People regard the Internet as a medium and platform for interpersonal communication,and the study of interpersonal communication on the Internet is increasingly drawing attention from scholars.With people uploading files,chatting,and discussing in the network for a long time,a virtual community form when they gather together in large-scale.This article mainly discusses the interpersonal communication behavior in the virtual community.BBS,newsgroups and chat rooms have been built around "interests" or "themes".Social networking,microblog,and WeChat have been built around "relationships." The focus of communication among users in the virtual community has also undergone a transition from information exchange and perspective game to interpersonal communication and relationship construction.Relationships are also important for the emergence and development of virtual communities.Through the construction of a network of interpersonal relationships,users will receive varying degrees of online social support,and accessing to online social support may also be the result of people's expectations for the virtual community.Based on this,this paper takes the relationship building and social support in the virtual community as the research goal,in order to pry out the whole network interpersonal communication problems.First is combing the connotation and development of the virtual community.The virtual community is the aggregation of people formed in the cyberspace and is developed on the basis of BBS.The virtual community has now become a mainstream application,with more extensive service functions and further subdividing users.It is paying equal attention to the relationship between the contents and the relationship.The SNS trend is obvious.Second,an empirical survey of users' basic use behaviors and communication behaviors was conducted in a questionnaire survey.The survey shows the characteristics of virtual community user behavior.Users are highly dependent.The most commonly used are SNS community.AT the same time,the type is also diversity.Network chat and various participatory functions are commonly used.The most commonly contact among users is among classmates or colleagues,and it exists gender and age differences.Emotional needs and leisure motivation are prominent in the communicative motivation of users.After further discussion,it was concluded that the virtual community has become an important online platform for interpersonal communication.The enthusiasm of the users to participate has increased,and the user's production content has continued to increase.At the same time,the interpersonal communication of virtual communities is based on the maintenance of real-world relationships and effectively expands the virtual relationships.Interpersonal relationships in virtual communities have a high correspondence with interpersonal relationships in reality.And in the process of communication,information is passing on.And it realized emotional communication and psychological pleasure.The third is an empirical investigation and analysis of the influencing factors that affect the construction of interpersonal relationships among virtual community users.The construction of interpersonal relationships profoundly influences the emergence and development of virtual communities.Interpersonal attraction is the first step in forming and developing interpersonal relationships.Therefore,based on the interpersonal attraction theory,this chapter summarizes 16 specific factors that influence the construction of user relationships.And according to the degree of importance is divided into six levels.It also point out that improving the quality of one's own personality,proactively contacting and praising others,and strengthening the ability to control words and symbols are conducive to building a good network of human relationships.Users pay more attention to internal factors related to personal characteristics than external factors,indicating that virtual community users communicate from the inside out.Through further analysis of the differences in factors that affect the construction of user relationships under different motivations,it can be concluded that there are differences in the factors affecting the construction of virtual community user relationships under different motivations;under the motivation of material information acquisition,users pay more attention to physical space proximity.The users under leisure and entertainment motive pay more attention to the deep similarity than the motives of the novelty.At the same time,under the motive of catching the odds,the users are indifferent to most of the factors,indicating that the interpersonal communication in the virtual community is also accidental and random.
