Talking classes comes from the basic educational practice of China, which is product of the teaching practice and the theory unifies and the need of high quality students in the new time. Through along the elementary education reform development, teachers' specialized survival way is during the transformation, how do teachers have talking classes form manifest their theories accomplishment become one of the most important research.The high-level normal education's goal mainly is elementary education teachers, carry on the normal universities students' talking classes training, regarding comprehensively improve students' quality, the realization professional education goal, improve the ability to adapt the elementary education after the graduation as soon as possible.The paper choose the research of talking classes in chemistry teaching as the research topic. I carried on the theory exploration and the practice research. First I analyze this topic research background, according to the request of new curriculum background, explain the research necessity and has been clear about this topic research aim, the significance and the fundamental research mentality. This topic's fundamental research divides into three parts: (1) The origin and the development. (2) The connotation and the classification. (3) The content and the essence. This topic's practice research mainly divides into three parts: (1)I analyze 2007 nation chemical education master teaching skill competition Jiangsu Province preliminary contest's 44 talking classes manuscript, induce teachers' manuscript the characteristic as well as the teaching idea, strengthen the author to the perceptual knowledge and propose the suggestion and the strategy. (2)This part mainly is the investigation and research for the application of chemistry students' talking classes, Use the questioning volume and talking, understand the situation of students grasp the talking classes theory and the practice utilization, discover the questions, explicit the training the significance. (3) The practice research of improve Nanjing Normal University students' chemistry talking classes skills.The fundamental research and the practice exploration's result indicate that talking classes is one of teaching research important ways, may use talking classes enhance the teachers and the pedagogical students education theoretical level and the teaching practical abilities, improve the normal universities talking classes ability must bring to the attention, through talking classes training group can help the students to enhance talking classes skills.
