Confucius initiated education fair, broke through class differences, which is of great theoretical significance in China's ideological and ethical history and education history.Confucius fair education thought is bound to be produced by the social history, politics, economy, science and technology, education system and other multi-factors in Spring and Autumn Period. "Valuing people, belittling God" is the God and destiny basis of Confucius Education fair thought; "character similar, learning far" is the philosophical foundation of Confucius Education fair thought; "the world as themselves" is the political foundation of Confucius Education fair thought; "Learning to become the gentleman", the comprehensive development concept, is the social purpose of Confucius Education fair thought.The main contents of Confucius education fair thought are as follows: "Benevolent loving person", that is, the equal educational humanistic concept; "Education for all without discrimination", that is, the equal educational opportunities theory; "Teach students in accordance with their aptitude", that is, the equal educational development concept; "Doing my part in the division", that is, the concept of inter-generational equity.Confucius fair idea of education has a high social value, including: Education for all without discrimination is the understanding premise of the education fair; Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the effective means to achieve education fair; Teachers and students promoting each other is the best way to achieve education fair.Confucius is the greatest educator in mankind's history. Studying his education fair thought will help us better understand the importance and necessity of the education fair, and will have important reference significance to adjust the interests of the distribution relationship in the field of education for contemporary people in order to establish an effective mechanism for equitable education.
