My paper focuses on the peasant worker how to use their own social capital in the urban-rural dual system by the social theory as the basic theoretical perspective. This resource is divided into two levels: the individual from social relations in the access network resources (that is, relations between the type of social capital), and the individual from the social ties and social systems (such as organizations, institutions and norms, etc.) in the resources available. Institutional barriers is mainly referring to the form of long-standing urban-rural dual system for peasant workers from the community who guided the concept of social psychology, guided from the social policies and the separation of society.Based on such understanding, this paper believe that the social capital of peasant workers (especially the relationship capital) in their own employment relationship and the education of their children and individual and family development opportunity for the scarcity of information, the social capital of migrant workers are often able to play a more The role of this one.
