Peasant-worker made great contribution to social development and urbanization process.As a group,with a large number of migrant workers,employment problem is a major concern.With the continuous development of economic society,migrant workers are no longer relying on the strength for cheap labor income.Human capital is crucial in the process of their employment.Along with the younger generation of migrant workers moved to cities,rural migrant workers internal appeared a generational divide.Cenozoic migrant workers gradually become the main body of migrant workers.The new and old two generations migrant worker has generational difference in human capital.Human capital elements also appeared difference influence on its employment.The sample is selected from CGSS2015.Selecting job autonomy,management activities,whether full-time job and whether to sign labor contract are measure of non-farm employment.level of education,working experience,health status and language level is also measure of human capital.The article based on generational differences in perspective and the latest data that can be divided into the large sample,the old samples and the young sample,using ologit and logit model to empirical analysis.The article analyzed the different accumulation of two generations migrant workers' human capital and the different influence of human capital elements to two generations migrant workers'The conclusion is that level of education,work experience have a significant positive correlation in choosing independently to migrant workers.Level of education,working experience and language level is a significant positive relationship for migrant workers management activities and full-time job.Level of education and language level is a significant positive relationship for migrant workers signing labor contract.Besides,for the old generation of migrant workers,the level of education did not produce significant influence in the independent choosing ability.But for the new generation of migrant workers,the level of education has a significant positive impact in the independent choosing ability.For two generations of migrant workers,working experience has a significant positive impact in independent career,management activities and full-time job.Language level has a significant impact in management activities and full-time job.for the older generation peasant workers' employment.However,language level has no effect for new generation of migrant workers.For two generations of migrant workers,health level has no remarkable impact in non-farm employment.Finally,according to research conclusions,there are suggestions: improving the education environment,improving the level of medical treatment,setting up the long-term view and promoting mandarin level.
