Implantation And Integration: Research On The Localization Practice Approaches Of Social Work In Public Aged Care Institutions

As China's population aging continues to deepen,the problem of elderly care is becoming more and more serious,the size of the family is miniaturized,and the function of family care for the elderly is weakened,prompting public care institutions to become the choice of many elderly care for the elderly.The current need of the elderly for the elderly are not only to meet the survival and safety need of clothing,food,housing and transportation,but also entertainment needs,spiritual needs and development need,it is also an important part of the elderly services.The development of social work in China is not only a localized development,but also a process of localization development.This article adopts the middle and micro perspectives,and puts the research scope in public pension institutions,and the localization development of social work in pension institutions.This article takes the social work department of X welfare institute for the elderly as an example,analyzes the development status of the social work department since its establishment,and analyzes the service and professional capabilities of the employees of the social work department from the perspective of localization,and explores the localization path of social work in public elderly care institutions.The study found that the localization of social work in X welfare institute for the elderly has gone through three stages of implantation,embedding and integration.This article analyzes the specific service development and integration degree of each stage,and explores the shortcomings and the places that can be used for reference.At the stage of implantation,the localization of social work in welfare Institute is in the initial stage,and related services are mainly provided by local social workers.Administration and professionalism are mixed and the degree of specialization is not high.In the embedded stage,X welfare institute adopts the method of purchasing services and introduces project social workers to carry out professional services.The service content is further enriched,the diversity of service items is enhanced,and the specialization is improved.In the integration stage,the professional capabilities of the ministry of social work are improved,and local social workers and project social workers are integrated to provide social work services together.The development of social work is gradually on the right track,and the degree of localization is also deepening.At the same time,this research focuses on the development of the professional capabilities of local social workers.Taking the local social worker Q of the social work department of X welfare institute as an example,it explores the process and required conditions for local social workers to grow from ordinary community workers to front-line practical social workers.Provide inspiration for the development of local social workers.Although the social work of X welfare institute for the elderly has made great progress in the localization,there are still drawbacks and shortcomings.The development of the ministry of social work has problems such as insufficient professionalism,lack of social work professionals,incomplete service provision,and insufficient funds.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously absorb professionals,improve the professionalism of services,attach importance to the strength of local social workers,and expand sources of funds.The Ministry of Social Work provides sufficient funds for continuous development,and at the same time,it is necessary to establish a plan for the localization of social work development in order to further promote the localization of public elderly care institutions.This article takes the development context of the Social Work Ministry of the X welfare institute for the elderly as the main line,combined with the current status of the Social Work Ministry,explores the advantages and development bottlenecks in each stage of the development of social work,studies the changes in services and changes in the degree of integration at each stage,and works for the society.Provide enlightenment for the development of public elderly care institutions,provide a path for the growth of local social workers,provide methods for the construction of local talents,provide necessary conditions for the sustainable development of social work,and promote the local development of social work in public elderly care institutions.
