Research On The Structure Of The High School Class Teacher Capacity

Senior school education is the terminal point of foundation education, and the departure of higher education. It has already been valued by society. The good and poor of the form master has a direct bearing on the growth quality of students. It is one of the major factors to improve the quality of senior school that the ability of form master is enhanced. However, currently the standard of form masters'ability in the senior school hasn't yet a set of complete structure and mode. From the foundation ability, main ability and next in importance three abilitys, emphasized the ability structure and each item targets of form masters in the senior school. Totally there are 16 kinds of ability and 82 targets. Finally, put forward the ability request that the modern senior school form master should have in the work.
