As society advanced, and the constant deepening of the reform of higher education, the university's internal power structure constantly changes, and the power system of universities is confronted with new challenges, the power management methods must innovate. This article is based on the basic viewpoints that managements power managements, the universities management is the real organizations power management focusing the internal management power of universities. From the perspectives of the harmonious management, in accordance with staff Harmony - Harmony to constitute the mechanism of the logic of a harmonious start, preliminary outlines the university of power Harmony management mechanism theoretical framework.In this paper, it firstly interprets the definition of university power, as well as its source, and based on this interpretation, it describes the basic requirements of the harmonious power management of universities. For further application of harmonious management theory ,it builds the basic framework of harmonious power management of universities, including two systems: "heze" focuses on people's creation. Through the analyzes the power groups and individuals on the role of knowledge, the analysis of power relations and the introduction of a people-oriented management thinking, it means to mobilize and play the dynamic role of people. "xieze" focuses on the harmonious power management system, including the framework of universities to achieve the rational allocation of power, and through adjustment of power systems and structural to make power management more responsive to the university's organizations development. Finally this paper establishes harmony mechanisms to ensure and maintain harmonious state of the power system.
