Security Problems Of The Rural Population In The Risk Society Perspective Study

On the visual angle of risk society theory, the thesis is trying to study and analyze the safe problems and risks of Chinese rural population in the fields of quantity distribution, structure, flow, social security and health etc. Directed by sociology theory and systematical science theory at home and abroad. Under the thought of constructing harmonious society and overall planning the development of city and countryside, this thesis thoroughly analyzes the strategy and system factors that have caused present population security problems in rural places. Then summarizes the main characteristics of the rural population security. At last, submits strategy and system suggestion to answering the safe risk of rural area. The thesis aiming contains following four parts:The first part mainly raises the theoretical basis for this article. According to the characteristics of social development in the nowadays and the need of future development of human society, scholars at home and abroad have brought forward the risk society theory having prospective guiding to social development. After discussing the difference between the concept of"social risk"and"risk society","safety"and"population safety", the article briefly introduces the basic thought of risk society theory. Aiming at the defect that scholars at home and abroad treat the safe problems of population, the article creatively brings forward that we should solve the population safe problems in countryside with the direction of the theory of risk society. In this way, we can avoid the shortage that we study the population problems without direction of right theory.The second part of the article systematically analyze the safe risks in the rural areas in our country. In order to explain clear, the article divides the population safety problems into population safety system and other social safety system in the rural areas. Within the system population safety in countryside,the mainly risks include: (1) Population scale risk to rural economy and social development. (2)unbalance of population sex ratio, which will produce negative affecting to working and living in rural areas,and will cause marriage squeeze problem and enormous risk of destroying stabilization and normal ethics. (3)problems of heavy burden in supporting the old people and block to the development of economy caused by aging of population in rural areas. (4) Low quality in science and technology is the difficulty to improve the productivity of agriculture. (5) rural area population general level of the health is not taller than,healthcare condition dispatches,the infectious disease easy to suffer attacks, the ability resisting disease risk dispatches. (6)Large amount of rural area transient population will endanger sustainable development of rural economy and social all-round progress.These safe risks in the rural area population system will affect other social systems, and will produce a series of safe problem , which will bring about risks to the development of the whole society.The first part of the third major component are about the causes that lead to safety risks of rural area population from macroscopic and history view. And the second part of the third major component are about the characteristics of the population safe risks in the rural areas. The causes that have formed the population safe problems of rural areas are: (1) being short of scientific theory's direction to the population problems in history,people haven't taken serious account of developing risks to the whole society that aroused from population problems, which has left hidden troubles for today. (2) lower economic development level in rural areas has reduced the ability to solve population safe problems, and affected the effect and speed in answering to the problem. (3) Divided city and countryside economy society has formed notable gaps between them, which is one of the main reasons for today's population safe problems in rural areas. The characteristics of the population safe risk that was caused these reasons are : Diversity, regional, unbalance and protracted nature.The forth part of the article brings forward strategic suggestions in line with the concrete conditions of countryside society. based on the needs of harmonious development theory,the article also expounds strategic missions in brief guided by risk society theory.
