The construction of a team of professional counselors provides organization insurance and lasting mechanism for reinforcing and improving udergraduates'ideological and political education and maintaining stabilization of universities, and it also has great significance in implementing severely the Party's educational policy and carrying out undergraduates' ideological and political education.In recent years, a lot of universities have taken practical and effective measures to enhance the counselor construction and, as a result, their whole quality has been improved. In work, they adhere to the Party's Spirit, being mindful to the overall situation and having manifested their loyalty and selflessness to their position. They act positively in maintaining stability of the university and society. However, at present, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the construction. Therefore, in the new situation, how to reinforce the professional construction of university counselors becomes an important task.This essay points to a full analysis of the new international and domestic situation confronting the construction, of the task facing the university innovation, as well as the development and the new changes of undergraduates themselves.
