Research On The Professional Construction Of The College Counselor's Team In Inner Mongolia

In the modern university in an occupation known as:counselors,their work is to adapt to the times and have also created the era of beach goers.They are new professions for modern university students to turn from comprehensive education to specialized education.In the process of rapid development of politics,economy and culture,they play a key role in the delivery of university talents.The development team of China's colleges and universities is working hard on the professional research and development of the counselor team,which also shows that the work of college counselors is becoming more and more recognized.Inner Mongolia is located in the northern part of China.It has many factors,such as multi-ethnic,multicultural,multi religious and economic lagging.In the process of setting up a college counselor team,there are still obvious differences between other provinces.In view of the particularity of the construction and management of college counselors,including the importance of human resources management in multi-ethnic and Inner Mongolia universities,the author will make an investigation of the above questions in this article.This article will be expressed in five aspects.First,this paper elaborates the background and significance of this topic,the research methods and the importance of innovation;second,analysis of the history and current situation of the development of Inner Mongolia counselors;third,based on the investigation of Inner Mongolia property,college counselors work content and characteristics,put forward in the current international and domestic situation to strengthen the inevitable trend the construction of instructors' specialization;fourth,from Inner Mongolia college counselors to their work experience and the need to improve the place for a detailed analysis,mainly to evaluate encountered in our region to establish college counselor team construction and development process of the problems and the reasons;fifth,to the existing counselors actual performance,human resource management professional category of colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia from this paper,it is clear responsibility,The theoretical research on the structure optimization,the strengthening of the system construction and so on,and some meaningful planning measures and suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that this study will provide useful information for national counselors and national counselors.
