Secondary vocational education as a whole an important part of education in China's strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and powerful plays an important task of the mission. Faced with the rapid development of the situation, and continuously explore the adaptation of schools to train people to model and improve the quality of the training of staff, and implement the objective of fostering talent, the future of our current and long-term must seriously study the important issues. Personnel training mode, and is related to the success or failure of the school sponsoring the key issues. Orders education is vocational and technical education in China in recent years produced a new model to train personnel, in order to resolve the education is the development of education in the deep positioning of the urgent demands, schools, enterprises, and the three scholars for the benefit of internal demand , the school is in active service of economic and social development and an important manifestation of an inevitable requirement. Orders education is to provide job-oriented, the market demand, the quality of the quality of the training rules, the individual needs.In this study, my school education orders cases, through interviews, research and analysis of the orders of education Training mode of the results, successful experiences and problems, and propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the Orders education Training mode, the non-seek advantages and avoid disadvantages for the community in the training of qualified graduates and the promotion of vocational and technical education for the further development.
