Study On Talents' Training Pattern In Higher Vocational Education Base On Employment Orientation

Over 20 years of study and practice, we have got great achievements in our higher education industry. The development of the higher vocational education has played a paramount role in this process. It has cultivated large quantities of applied technicians, promoted the local economy and accelerated social progress, formed the half of the domain of higher education in our country, made the tremendous contribution for our country'development.However, there are still some problems in this development, of which the most obvious one is the employment of graduators from vocational schools. There are several factors from this kind of schools impact on such a problem, for example, orientating inaccurately to run a school, having no clear goal of training or no distinguishing quality in teaching, etc. These reasons are also related directly with the two basic questions of higher vocational education: 1. Whom we should cultivate? 2. How to cultivate them?Regarding the practical situation, the central government proposes the guidelines of taking employment as orientation, which points out the develop direction of higher vocational education as well. To keep deepening the reform of higher vocational education and carry out the guideline in the new environment, this article does research and discuss in details on the training mode of higher vocational education in both aspects of the theory and the practice. Furthermore, the author states thoroughly the goals and systems of higher vocational education in a variety of prospects, especially the crucial point--- the cooperation mode between schools and enterprises, which Chinese Bureau of Education underlines in many conferences.
