The value orientation of curriculum research,which is the basis to determine the objectives contents,methods and evaluation of the curriculum design,is an important aspect of curriculum research.At present,as an important component of Physical Education Curriculum of the traditional ethnic minority areas,the traditional ethnic minority sports physical education played a plays an irreplaceable role in effective development of students' multiple intelligences,national traditions and cultural heritage for the local political, economic and other sustainable development in these areas.Therefore,the study on the value orientation of minority ethnic traditional physical education curriculum is valuable and explorative for multi-ethnic country.In order to deeper the understanding for the current implementation,the impact of factors, expected value orientation from students,teachers,experts,the present study visited students, teachers,headmasters,directors and leader of related departments by questionnaire, interviews,and field research in Pengshui,Shizhu,Youyang,Qianjiang and Xiushan,five ethnic minority autonomous counties in Chongqing by questionnaire,interviews and field research.Combined with the current domestic and international curriculum theories, three-dimensional value theory,Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory,it provided the proper value orientation,strategies and suggentions for the current traditional ethnic minority sports physical education.The prsent study starts form a new perspective,the development of multiple intelligences of students,to enrich the value of traditional ethnic minority sports physical education curriculum system.It provides a new research direction,deepens its connotation,enriched physical education curriculum value orientation system.It is valuable for theoretic and practice concerns,and is useful for the curriculum reform.
